“ Very nice hotel in typical German style with beautiful and delicious restaurant and rooms on the upper floors. Nice and clean room with shower cabin in the bathroom. Polite, smiling and helpful staff. Small private car park. Next to the old city Center. What else you need? For sure my hotel on this region .. ”
“ We really enjoyed our stay here in December 2023. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, if a bit dated in decor. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, and served a fantastic breakfast. The location is just outside the city walls, probably a 10 minute walk into the centre of the town. ”
“ Great place. I had a cozy days with my husband 3 days ago. The rooms are beauty, have very good cleaning and bed comfortable. But… the floor makes same noise, you can hear the person in the room above walking, Inconvenient noise to sleep. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady who receives us was so nice. The breakfast buffet had good options. Tip : the restaurant from the hotel have delicious food with fair price. You should try it. In general, I really recommend this hotel. ”
“ This hotel gets good ratings because for under 100 euros a night you're getting a guest house right outside one of the major gates, That's a screaming good deal. For that price, you can get a real dump, and this is, in many respects a decent hotel. However, in other respects, you get what you pay for. We had dropped off our luggage in the morning, and were surprised to learn that if we wanted to check in, we had to do it *before* 2 p.m. or *after* 5 p.m. That's usually when most guests arrive. A higher-priced hotel couldn’t have gotten away with that. It took a few minutes for the warm water to come on in the shower, and there were a few missing lights in the room. Breakfast didn’t start until 8 a.m., which put us under some time pressure. If I had remembered how cheap the price was, I would have been happier with a breakfast that had a cappuccino and a soft-boiled egg as the sole warm items. ”
